Stroke Correction is the logical next step after Learn-to-Swim Phase 3. Designed for swimmers who already know all four strokes but want to swim faster, breathe better, and compete with confidence. Sessions focus on the technical details that make the real difference in race times: underwater phases, stroke rate, body alignment, and race-specific conditioning. This is where good swimmers become great swimmers.
What you will learn:
- Biomechanical analysis of all four competitive strokes
- Correction of breathing patterns and body rotation
- Advanced underwater dolphin kicks and streamlines
- Interval training sets to build race-pace endurance
- Dive start mechanics and reaction time training
- Tumble turn efficiency for pool turns
- Gala strategy, heat seeding awareness, and mental preparation
