Self-Rescue for Babies
6–24 MonthsOne-on-one Amphibies lessons help babies practise rolling and back-floating at their own pace. Progress varies: lessons do not make a child drown-proof or replace active adult supervision and secure pool barriers.
Learn-to-Swim
2–12 YearsA three-phase progressive journey from first splashes to competitive readiness, with a strict maximum ratio of 1 instructor to 3 children. Children advance through Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced levels at their own pace under qualified supervision.
Stroke Correction
6–16 YearsThe natural next step after Learn-to-Swim. Focused on biomechanical precision across all four competitive strokes, race-specific interval training, and gala preparation — helping good swimmers become great competitors.
Competitive Development
8–16 YearsHigh-performance coaching bridging Learn-to-Swim Advanced and elite club training. Race-pace conditioning, advanced starts and turns, biomechanical analysis, and mental preparation for school galas and inter-schools competition.
Adult Swimming
18+ YearsFully private, 1-on-1 sessions with your instructor in the water alongside you. Two tracks available: Beginner (overcoming fear and learning basics) and Intermediate/Advanced (stroke efficiency, endurance, and triathlon preparation).
